Fromagerie Marie Kadé is a plant that makes Mediterranean specialty cheeses. We are a family business that has operated this plant for over 30 years. We produce a wide variety of cheeses, natural yogurt and pressed yogurt. Fromagerie Marie Kadé began operations with artisanal production, but has managed to modernize over the years while maintaining its authenticity. Each type of cheese product is carefully handled to ensure the production of better quality cheese. We use 100% Canadian pasteurized milk to produce our unripened cheeses. La Fromagerie Marie Kadé sells to traders and distributors throughout the province of Quebec, Ontario, Alberta and Saskatchewan.
Marie Kadé cheeses are an excellent source of calcium and are the best complement to a variety of fruits and vegetables, such as tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, and mint leaves. In addition, they are popular in salads, sandwiches, and with many other food combinations.
Yogurt at Marie Kadé has incredible texture and a delicious taste. It has a good source of healthy bacteria known as probiotics. Our yogurt is exceptional on its own but is also good with oatmeal, smoothies, salad dressings, marinades and other recipes.
Marie Kadé also offers two different kinds of processed cheese, Kiri and The Laughing Cow. They both provide essential vitamins and calcium with a creamy, and quality taste. Besides processed cheese, Marie Kadé offers Samneh, which is clarified butter that is used in Arabic recipes and sweets.
